Job Summary:

We are hiring a hardworking General Laborer / Material Handler to join our team in Shreveport. This role is responsible for moving, loading, and organizing materials while assisting with general labor tasks to support warehouse and production operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable with physical work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse or yard

• Assist with shipping, receiving, and staging products

• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material-handling equipment (if certified)

• Perform general labor tasks including cleanup, organizing, and assisting crews

• Verify materials for accuracy and report damaged or missing items

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

• Follow OSHA guidelines, company policies, and supervisor instructions

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, general labor, or material handling experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks

• Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability

• Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to train)

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
