We are seeking an experienced Production Lead with a strong background in wire cable assembly and wire harness manufacturing to oversee daily production activities while remaining hands-on in the assembly process. The ideal candidate has solid technical expertise in hand crimping, wire stripping, terminating, and basic soldering, along with demonstrated leadership abilities.

Pay: $22-$24/Hour

Shift: 1^st shift – 6:00AM-4:30PM Monday through Thursday

Location: Sinking Spring, PA

 

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations within the cable assembly department

• Perform hands-on cable and wire harness assembly

• Execute and oversee hand crimping, wire stripping, terminating, and basic soldering

• Assign tasks based on team strengths and production priorities

• Monitor work in process to ensure quality and on-time completion

• Train and mentor team members on proper assembly techniques

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and work instructions

• Identify production issues and recommend process improvements

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in wire cable assembly or wire harness manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Hand crimping

  • Wire stripping

  • Cable terminating

  • Basic soldering

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work instructions

• 2+ years of prior leadership or supervisory experience

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Must be able to speak and understand English
• Must be able to differentiate colors
