This position is working in their paint tint dept. The associate will grab either a 1 gallon or 5 gallon bucket filled with non-colored paint then they will read from an order sheet either physically printed or on the computer to find out what color base needs to be added to the paint. They will see how much of the color needs to be added in grams. They will weigh the color base on a digital scale and then add to the paint. From there they will lift the 1 or 5 gallon bucket onto a paint mixing machine and the machine will mix it. Once the paint is thoroughly mixed the associate will take the bucket of paint and pour into a paint container and secure the lid. From there they will place the container onto a cart and roll it over to the shipping area.

 

• Hours: 5AM-1:30PM or 6AM-2:30PM
• Small close knit group, clean atmosphere, opportunity for OT occasionally, no lay offs during Covid or for foreseeable future, 1-5% annual raise (last year they received raise of 4% increase
