Responsibilities

Support Outside Sales Representatives
Properly assist in product specification and quoting
Responsible for accurate order clarification, finish and pricing confirmation, fabric reservation, commission allocation and reconciliation, and ensuring proper communications in regards to order status, acknowledgements, and invoices
Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions within 24 hours
Focus on customer relations
Manage orders from specification to delivery
Assist customers and reps via phone and email with all product requests
Facilitate communications between UK offices and US offices
Work together as part of a team to address all inquiries
Provide back-up to team as required
Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns
