Blender Operator – Production Line

Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
Shift: Morning Shift, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Blender Operator to join our production team. The Blender Operator is responsible for accurately measuring, mixing, and blending ingredients according to company formulas and safety standards to ensure high-quality finished products. This role operates within a fast-paced production line environment and requires strict adherence to food safety and quality guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh and measure raw ingredients according to production formulas.

• Operate industrial blending and mixing equipment safely and efficiently.

• Follow batch sheets and production schedules to meet daily output goals.

• Monitor product quality and report any inconsistencies or equipment issues.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety standards.

• Complete required production documentation and logs.

• Assist with equipment setup, cleaning, and sanitation procedures.

• Repetitive use of hands and arms for scooping, pouring, measuring, and operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Valid Food Handler’s Certificate (required).

• Previous experience in food production or manufacturing preferred.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

• Strong attention to detail and quality control.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Dependable with strong attendance record.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.

Work Environment

• Production/manufacturing facility setting.

• Exposure to food ingredients, machinery, and moderate noise levels.

• Must follow all safety and PPE requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay of $18.00 per hour.

• Full-time morning shift (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM).
