Executive Assistant (Flexible Part-Time)
We are seeking a highly organized, patient, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the CEO of a growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and is comfortable serving as a trusted right hand to executive leadership.

Employment Type: Evaluation Hire (Temp-to-Hire)
Work Conditions: Office Environment
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Work Hours: Flexible schedule, 25–30 hours per week (Typical hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–3:30pm; candidate may help determine permanent schedule)
Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant will manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, communications, and financial tracking responsibilities. This position requires strong Excel proficiency, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to stay organized without constant oversight. The ideal candidate will ensure the CEO remains prepared, on schedule, and focused on strategic priorities.
Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain CEO calendar, meetings, and daily schedule

Draft professional emails and manage communications on behalf of the CEO

Create and maintain P&L projections and financial tracking spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel

Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and track action items through completion

Prepare reports, documents, and business correspondence

Assist with daily operational tasks and special projects

Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information

Provide light travel support for occasional out-of-town meetings
Minimum Requirements:

Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, projections, financial tracking required)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with strong prioritization skills

Ability to manage up and work independently

Professional demeanor and high level of discretion

Ability to sit for extended periods and perform computer-based work
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant experience

Experience supporting senior leadership

Startup or small business environment exposure

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (recent graduates with strong internship experience considered)
