Express Employment is currently hiring a Inside Sales and Support Specialist in Meridian, MS!

Job Description 

  • Serve as the primary internal contact for sales inquiries and customer needs
  • Work collaboratively with external sales representatives to support sales goals
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing dealers through regular communication
  • Make outbound sales calls to support lead follow-up, account reviews, and opportunity development
  • Assist with onboarding and support for ‘big box’ retail accounts
  • Compile, organize, and maintain sales spreadsheets and reports
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to sales leadership
  • Track performance metrics, orders, and account activity in CRM or internal systems
  • Support forecasting, pipeline reporting, and sales trend tracking
  • Respond to dealer and internal sales team emails and phone calls professionally and promptly
  • Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and accounting departments as needed to ensure timely order execution and resolution of issues
  • Assist with calendar management and administrative support as needed for sales leadership

Job Requirements

  • Strong computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data sorting, pivot tables, formulas, reporting)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable making and managing professional phone calls
  • Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Professional, positive, and customer-focused demeanor
