Position OverviewWe are seeking experienced Concrete or Construction Laborers with a strong background in outdoor construction work. This role involves hands-on concrete tasks along with general construction labor duties on active job sites. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and performing physically demanding work. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are essential!
Key Responsibilities
Assist with concrete pours, finishing, and site preparation
Set forms, tie rebar, and support concrete placement
Perform general construction labor including grading, digging, and material handling
Operate hand and power tools safely
Clean and maintain job sites
Follow safety procedures and supervisor direction
Qualifications
Previous concrete or outdoor construction labor experience required
Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a crew
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with form setting or finishing
Experience reading basic construction plans
Familiarity with construction site safety standards
