Schedule: Overnight shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Position Overview

We are seeking a mechanically inclined Line Technician to operate and support production machinery on an overnight shift. This role combines machine operation with hands-on troubleshooting and basic maintenance. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes initiative to identify and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime. Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery according to established procedures

• Monitor equipment performance and identify mechanical issues

• Troubleshoot minor mechanical and operational errors

• Perform basic adjustments and corrective actions to keep machines running

• Conduct routine checks to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Communicate production or equipment concerns to supervisors as needed

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and interest in machinery or maintenance

• Experience operating production equipment preferred

• Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical issues

• Comfortable working 12-hour overnight shifts

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

• Ability to stand, lift, and move throughout the shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial settings

• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems or maintenance practices

• Experience performing minor equipment repairs or adjustments
