Position Overview:

This role supports the production of high‑quality dental chair components through precise light assembly, inspection, and packaging work. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, comfortable working with small parts, and experienced using measurement tools such as calipers.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assemble small mechanical and electronic components according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Perform detailed inspection of parts and finished assemblies to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Use calipers, gauges, and other measuring devices to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Package completed parts and assemblies for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and protection.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures.
• Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, or equipment issues to supervisors.
• Support continuous improvement efforts in quality, efficiency, and workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Proficiency using calipers and other measurement tools for inspection.
• Ability to work with small parts and hand tools comfortably and safely.
• Good manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination.
• Ability to stand, sit, or perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
