Customer Service Representative

A hydraulics company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team.

What you’ll be doing as a Customer Service Representative

• Driving revenue by generating new sales, following up on open quotes, and proactively reaching out to inactive clients to restart accounts.
• Calculating repair costs in collaboration with technical teams (lab/shop) and communicating directly with customers to secure formal purchase orders.
• Managing the administrative lifecycle of an order, including data entry for purchase orders and preparing necessary shipping documentation.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and quality follow-ups while ensuring all processes meet ISO standards.

What you’ll need to succeed as a Customer Service Representative

• 2 to 3 years of customer service / inside sales experience
• Quick Books experience a major asset
• Hydraulics experience a benefit
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• $20-$24 hourly
• Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
