Position Overview
We are seeking mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy hands-on work and problem-solving in the field. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in welding, maintenance, construction, HVAC, or similar skilled trades backgrounds. You will perform service, repairs, and installations while representing a professional and dependable presence on job sites. Strong work ethic, reliability, and mechanical aptitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Perform troubleshooting, service, and repairs on equipment and systems
Install, maintain, and adjust mechanical components as needed
Diagnose mechanical issues and determine effective solutions
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Maintain accurate service documentation and job notes
Communicate clearly with customers and team members
Follow all safety standards and job site protocols
Qualifications
Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in welding, maintenance, construction, HVAC, or related trades
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Reliable personal vehicle
Own basic set of tools
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Dependable work history
Preferred Qualifications
Previous field service experience
HVAC troubleshooting experience
Electrical troubleshooting knowledge
