Construction Field Roles – Future Opportunities

We are building our candidate pool for the upcoming busy season and are seeking reliable workers for future opportunities with our construction clients across Scarborough. These roles support residential, commercial, and civil projects.

Positions

• General Laborers — Site cleanup, material handling, demolition support, and assisting crews with daily tasks.
• Skilled Trades (various) - Carpenters, framers, painters, drywall installers, electricians, plumbers, roofers, masons and flooring experience.
• Equipment Operators — Operation of excavators, skid steers, loaders, forklifts, and other heavy machinery. Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Construction Helpers / Trades Assistants — Tool prep, material staging, and hands‑on support for trades teams.

Requirements for All Roles
