We are currently hiring a Flooring Sales Associate for a well-established flooring business serving primarily residential customers, along with some commercial projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone with flooring knowledge who is ready to grow within a sales-focused role in a stable, locally respected company.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous flooring sales experience preferred
• Industry experience within flooring is preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working both in-store retail and visiting job sites
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

Key Responsibilities

• Retail sales on the showroom floor
• Assisting customers in selecting flooring products
• Measuring job sites and preparing estimates
• Managing projects from sale through completion
• Coordinating with team members and installers

Some weekends are required.
