Salary: $19.00-20.00/Hr.

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a QA Inspector for a manufacturing company located in Aliso Viejo. Paying up to $20/Hr. Evaluation to hire.

 

Schedule is 2nd shift M-F: 3:30pm – 11:30pm,

Training conducted on 3rd shift!! 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs routine and repetitive inspection procedures to ensure quality levels at various stages of production.
• Inspect in-process and/or finished production assemblies and sub-assemblies for conformance to quality assurance standards.
• Working from travelers, drawings, specifications, or established operating procedures, determines acceptance or rejection of the product.
• Maintain certification/proficiency requirements applicable to the job title.
• Work under supervision of Quality Director or other designated Inspector or Quality Engineer.
• Will follow simple, standardized, and routine written directions for assigned quality assurance inspection operations.
• Work direction may additionally be communicated verbally or through visual aids or Quality Management System documents.
• Visually inspect products using magnifying glass, microscope or other tools, use of lot sampling methods, first item checks, or 100% inspection.
• Enter data into ERP or Lotus Notes system.

• Adhere to all safety and ESD rules and regulations associated with this position.
• Must have team-oriented attitude, accountability, and ownership.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years manufacturing experience in a relevant position. Experience with integrated circuits preferred.
