Construction Superintendent

Position Overview

Full-time position overseeing residential construction projects from start to completion. Responsible for quality control, schedule management, and coordination with trade partners.

Key Responsibilities

* Project Oversight: Monitor daily jobsite activities, materials, and ensure builds follow plans/specifications

* Quality Control: Complete quality checkpoints, create punch-lists, and deliver high-quality finished products

* Communication: Serve as primary contact for trade partners; coordinate with Design and Sales teams

* Schedule Management: Monitor project timelines, adjust schedules, coordinate deliveries

* Site Management: Maintain clean, organized, safe jobsites meeting EPA guidelines

* Problem Resolution: Address issues promptly, implement improvements to prevent recurring problems

* On-Call Duties: Weekend availability required for emergency situations

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED

* Valid driver's license

* 3+ years residential construction experience preferred

* Proficiency with basic hand tools and construction tasks

* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Key Skills

* Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities

* Extensive knowledge of residential construction best practices

* Excellent verbal communication skills, Detail-oriented with high quality standards

Schedule

* Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm

* Approximately 50 hours/week (varies by season)
