General Laborer

Job Summary: The General Laborer supports daily operations by performing a variety of physical tasks in construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial environments. This role requires reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow instructions while maintaining a safe and productive worksite.

Responsibilities:

•          Perform general labor duties such as loading and unloading materials, moving supplies, and site clean-up
•        Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely
•        Maintain a clean and organized work area
•        Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
•        Support setup and breakdown of equipment or materials
•        Perform repetitive physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking
•        Report safety hazards, damaged equipment, or material shortages to supervisio

Schedule & Responsibilities:

• Full-time or part-time opportunities available
•       Day, evening, or weekend shifts depending on project needs
•       Competitive hourly pay based on experience

Qualifications:

•        Previous general labor or construction experience preferred but not required
•        Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
•        Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
•        Strong attendance and punctuality
•        Willingness to work outdoors or in varying environments
•        Safety-conscious mindset
•        Reliable transportation preferred
