Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise landscaping crew members
Coordinate daily job tasks and ensure projects stay on schedule
Perform mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, planting, and general grounds maintenance
Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
Communicate with clients as needed on job sites
Ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance

Requirements:
Previous landscaping experience required
Prior leadership or crew lead experience preferred
Ability to operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipment
Valid driver’s license preferred
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
