USBC is seeking professional and detail-oriented In-Lane Check-In Greeters to support tournament operations at the National Bowling Stadium.

Position Overview

Check-In Team Members work directly in the lanes as greeters and verification staff. This role is responsible for reviewing team entries with captains to ensure accuracy, eligibility, and compliance prior to competition. By managing the check-in process with precision and professionalism, Check-In Associates play a vital role in delivering a smooth tournament experience and ensuring participant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet teams as they arrive in assigned lanes

• Review team entries with captains for accuracy and eligibility

• Confirm compliance with tournament rules

• Answer participant questions in a professional manner

• Communicate any discrepancies to tournament leadership

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Basic computer or tablet proficiency

• Ability to stand and move within lanes for extended periods
