Quality Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee the site’s Quality Management System and ensure products meet established specifications and standards. This role is responsible for maintaining ISO 9001 certification, meeting quality objectives, and implementing procedures to support a safe and efficient manufacturing operation.

The Quality Manager is a member of the site leadership team and oversees both exempt and non-exempt team members supporting multiple business units within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the Quality Department is properly trained and follows all safety guidelines

• Manage daily department scheduling, including vacation and overtime coverage

• Hire and develop qualified team members

• Provide leadership to improve overall site quality performance

• Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, and customers to align quality expectations

• Support and develop continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Solid understanding of quality systems in a manufacturing environment

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail

• Ability to motivate and train team members

Experience:

• 3–5 years of quality experience in an industrial manufacturing environment

• Experience maintaining ISO standards required

• Familiarity with ASQ standards and Six Sigma preferred

• Experience making critical decisions in high-pressure situations

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

• $80,000 – $95,000 per year
