Express Employment Professionals of Everett is seeking an experienced and highly capable Field Project Manager for a respected construction company in the Mukilteo area. This is a field‑based, hands‑on leadership role—not a desk job—and requires strong construction expertise, crew coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple job sites efficiently. The ideal candidate has deep field experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to oversee siding and exterior projects with confidence.

Location: Mukilteo, WA as home base, but traveling throughout Snohomish County - King County.
Schedule: Full‑time, Monday–Friday
Employment Type: Permanent
Industry: Construction Company (Mukilteo-based)
Compensation: $80,000+ DOE
Start Date: ASAP

Position Overview

The Field Project Manager oversees daily operations across multiple job sites, ensuring projects stay on schedule, meet quality standards, and maintain safety compliance. This role is heavily field‑oriented and requires someone who thrives in an active construction environment. Candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish will be given preference. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee job sites in the field
• Coordinate crews, materials, schedules, and project timelines.
• Communicate with team members, subcontractors, and leadership to keep projects moving smoothly.
• Ensure job site safety and compliance standards are met.
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve concerns, and maintain high-quality workmanship.
• Represent the company professionally while interacting with homeowners, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Work primarily out of the Mukilteo office when not at job sites.

Qualifications

• Significant construction experience required—not a trainee position.
• Strong knowledge of residential building practices; siding experience is a plus.
• Ideal backgrounds include:
  • Former framers
  • Home builders
  • Site superintendents
• Must be confident navigating active job sites and making informed decisions in the field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred 
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license required with good driving record (will be verified during offer stage)

Note: successful candidates must pass I9 and E-Verify prior to starting with Express.
