Electronic Assembler

Located in Vancouver, WA

Salary: $18-25

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Assembly Associate to join our client's manufacturing team. In this role, you will support circuit board assembly, conformal coating prep, and shipping operations while working toward industry-recognized IPC certifications.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 certifications

• Read and navigate production documentation in Fusion/Factory Logix

• Pass the Component Identification quiz and follow all work instructions

• Depanel boards and tape off small components for the conformal coat process

• Perform PCB prepping and component stuffing

• Assist the Shipping Coordinator with daily shipping tasks as needed

• Ensure all products are properly tagged, bagged, packaged, and labeled per customer and shipper specifications

• Ship products in compliance with work instructions and customer requirements

• Accurately complete all computer transactions and navigate multiple software applications

 

Minimum Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Basic computer proficiency
