Servicing Financial Advisor

Located in Silverdale, WA

Salary: $100,000/year

Overview:  A financial advisory firm is seeking a client-focused Servicing Financial Advisor to support and maintain an established book of business. This role is ideal for an advisor who thrives on building long-term relationships, delivering exceptional service, and helping clients stay aligned with their financial goals. You will serve as a trusted resource, ensuring clients receive proactive communication, thoughtful guidance, and a high level of ongoing care.  

 

JOB DUTIES:

May include but not limited to the following:

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Conduct regular portfolio and financial plan review meetings.
• Provide timely responses to client inquiries.
• Maintain consistent and proactive communication.

Financial Planning & Strategy

• Review and update financial plans as clients’ circumstances evolve.
• Monitor retirement plans, investment strategies, and income projections.
• Coordinate with CPAs, estate planning attorneys, and other professionals when needed.
• Identify opportunities for planning enhancements.

Portfolio Oversight

• Monitor account performance and asset allocation.
• Implement rebalancing and strategic adjustments.
• Ensure portfolios align with client objectives and risk tolerance.
• Discuss market conditions and provide education during volatility.

Administrative & Compliance Support

• Complete account paperwork and documentation accurately
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm standards.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date client records.
• Coordinate with custodians and internal operations teams.

Practice Support & Growth

• Identify additional planning needs within existing relationships.
• Support senior advisors with complex cases when needed.
• Contribute to client retention and overall firm growth.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related fields
• Active securities licenses (Series 7 and 66 or equivalent)
• CFP, ChFC, or other advanced designations preferred
• 3+ years of experience in financial advising or wealth management
• Strong understanding of investment management and financial planning principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Client-first mindset with high integrity
• Professional, proactive, and dependable

Pay: $100,000-$120,000/year DOE

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
