Job Title: Yard Hand
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Location: Local
Schedule: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, some Saturdays as needed)

Seeking a dependable and hardworking Yard Hand to join the team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and staying active throughout the day.

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean, inspect, and prepare equipment for customer pickup and return

• Assist with loading and unloading equipment

• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the yard

• Fuel equipment and check fluid levels

• Perform basic maintenance tasks

• Operate forklifts and small machinery (training provided if needed)

• Direct customers in the yard and provide basic assistance

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Basic mechanical knowledge preferred but not required
