We are seeking a skilled CNC Router Operator to join our manufacturing team on 2nd shift in Sparta, TN. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC routers to produce precision parts and components according to specifications. Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality are key for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC routers to cut, shape, and finish materials such as wood, plastic, aluminum, or composite panels.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.

• Load materials and monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Perform tool changes, adjustments, and basic machine maintenance.

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards.

• Troubleshoot and correct minor machine or program issues.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating CNC routers or similar CNC equipment required.

• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.

• Basic understanding of G-code and CNC programming preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
