You are applying with the Specialized Recruiting Group for an immediate opening for a dedicated and motivated Inside Sales representative to join our team at a manufacturing company in the city of Duarte, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

 

Salary: $23.00/hr.

 

Role Overview:

As a Manufacturing Inside sales representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by effectively managing and expanding to our customer base. You will be responsible for nurturing existing customer relationships, generating new leads, and promoting an extensive range of cutting-edge manufacturing solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and transactions in the system
• Provide timely and accurate quotations, product information, and support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Proactively engage with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and showcase the value of our manufacturing products
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive customer experience

 

Qualifications:

• 3-year industry knowledge
• Manufacturing with Pipe, valve, or fittings
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Not Required)
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening skills
• Must be highly motivated and goal-oriented
