A local Edina company is searching for a Part-Time Customer Service Representative. This fun, yet professional work environment allows the Customer Service Representative to be the first step in helping customers. This position will receive inbound calls; update systems to ensure accurate dispatch, and report information in a fast paced architectural design environment. This innovative company is moving fast and is looking for long term employees. The Customer Service Representative is vital to our success.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Answer incoming calls and walk-in traffic
• Documenting shopper information into computer systems
• Various administrative tasks
• Following up with customer inquiries and rebate processing

What we look for:

• 2 years of experience in a customer service role
• Ability to resolve challenges professionally and clearly
• Must be professional yet adaptable to different situations
• Looking to hire long term employees

Work Schedule:

• Part-time 11:00 am to 6:00 pm during the week (24-32 hrs/week)
• Sunday shift required weekly
