Express Employment Professionals of Everett is urgently hiring a Temporary Parking Lot Attendant for a local parking company. If you are looking for extra income and enjoy working independently, fresh air and getting your steps in, then this is the PERFECT job is for you! This role is temporary but expected to last into the Spring. Call/text for immediate consideration!

Pay: $22.00 per hour plus $0.45 cents a mile. You will gross about $700.00 weekly!

Schedule: 

• Tuesday - Thursday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. and
• Friday 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
• Total: About 34 hours a week

Parking Lot Attendants will need their own vehicle with insurance to drive throughout the following areas:

• Everett
• Edmonds

Important: If you're also available to work past 5 p.m. until approximately 11 p.m. or midnight, there will be opportunities to pick up additional hours and stay on long-term for the evening shift in the near future.

**Flexibility is a must! Additional coverage may be required outside of your assigned route from time to time. **

Job responsibilities: 

• Take inventory of parking lots and pay boxes
• Changing rates at pay stations and issue violations as necessary
• Protect, patrol and report- accurate completion of incident reports
• Accurate completion of shift reports
• Maintaining a good "treat others as you want to be treated" attitude
• Walking approximately 10,000 steps daily
• Driving approximately 50-70 miles daily (going from lot to lot and repeat through out the shift) 

Job Qualifications: 

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have current vehicle insurance (proof required)
• Must be able to pass background check requirements pertaining to the position
• Must have your own personal vehicle
• Have the ability to communicate effectively and utilize technology
• Excellent communication skills and customer service
