Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $60,000 Base Salary

Position Overview

A national accredited college is seeking an experienced Online Admissions Representative to join their Mesa, AZ campus. This is a fully onsite role responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment.

The ideal candidate will have prior admissions experience, strong consultative sales skills, and a passion for helping students achieve their educational and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound inquiries from prospective online students

• Conduct phone interviews to assess applicant qualifications and career goals

• Educate prospective students on program offerings, admissions requirements, financial aid options, and enrollment steps

• Guide applicants through the enrollment process, including application completion and document collection

• Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure enrollment goals are met

• Accurately track activity and student interactions in CRM systems

• Meet and exceed enrollment and performance metrics

• Maintain compliance with institutional policies and accreditation standards

Qualifications

Required:

• Prior admissions experience (college, university, or career education setting)

• Proven ability to meet enrollment or performance goals

• Strong communication and consultative sales skills

• Experience working in a metrics-driven environment

• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

• Experience in online or distance education admissions

• Bachelor’s degree
