Quality Control Technician

Salary: $19 - $20

Key Responsibilities

• • Inspect inbound and outbound products for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications
  • Verify product condition, quantity, labeling, packaging, and documentation
  • Identify, document, and report defects, damages, or inconsistencies
  • Remove nonconforming products and follow established corrective procedures
  • Complete quality inspection reports and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate findings clearly with warehouse staff and supervisors
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality audits
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inspection area
  • Follow all company policies, safety rules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience playing guitar or bass.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of guitar setup and maintenance.
• Formal education or training in guitar setup is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools used in guitar setup and repair.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a consistent and reliable work ethic.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
