Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Finisher & Cabinet Maker to oversee and execute high-quality finishing and cabinetry projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong carpentry skills, extensive knowledge of construction and restoration processes, and the ability to lead a team through complex fabrication and installation tasks. This role involves working on custom cabinetry, finish carpentry, and restoration projects, ensuring precision, safety, and craftsmanship at every stage.

Lead Finisher $18-25/hr starting

• Coordinate and schedule daily production requirements while maintaining consistently high quality product standards, both in the spray booth and spray line operations

• Take a lead role and/or assist in prepping, priming, painting and/or staining a wide range of projects

• Organize and oversee necessary manpower and procedures to achieve daily and long-term production goals

• Assure ample inventory of paints, stains, and finish room and ensure finish materials are available to meet on-time metrics

• Lead effort to developing and implementing procedures to increase work flow

• Create standard samples and procedures for checking color on each job – develop finish samples and process for tracking such

• Ensure production quality by constantly checking finishing output

• Assist estimators in developing finishing estimates

• Develop preventive maintenance procedures and schedules on finishing equipment

• Maintain OSHA and DEQ records and ensure that proper safety procedures are followed by all personnel

• Other duties as assigned

Cabinet Maker $16-22/hr starting

· Must be able to read and interpret shop drawings

· A keen eye for detail and accuracy in all work with ability to produce good quality work

· Working knowledge of cabinetry & other various wood structures/products

· Flexible approach to working time to meet deadlines/peak workloads

· Working knowledge of woodworking tools & machinery

· Safety oriented

· Lift 50 Pounds

· Strong leadership and pride in work

· Organized and process driven.

· Minimum 3-5 years experience in similar role.

· Detail oriented self-starter who has the ability take a drawing from conception to final completion.

· Plastic Laminate experience a plus

· Solid Surface Experience a plus

· Edge Bander Knowledge is a plus

· CNC Router Knowledge is a plus

· Working environment is an Airconditioned and Heated Plant
