Quality Inspection Technician

Located in Hayward, CA

Salary: $22.00 - $25.00

Key Responsibilities:

• Review customer prints & customer purchase orders, prints to review received quantity, serial numbers, Julian date, cleaning specs.
• Review customers' PO for count accuracy when performing the inspection.
• Stage customers parts in production carts assigned by the company's internal system.
• Generate Non-conformity forms such as NCRs, Inspection Inventory Sheet. 
• Ability to troubleshoot quality issues associated with customer PO, and also cleaning specs provided by the client and take pictures of customers parts associated with nonconformance's during the process and notify the customer via email.

Skills & Experience:

• 1-2 years of previous experience as an Inspection Tech in a manufacturing environment. 
• Relevant experience in doing quality control in a cleanroom environment; will wear bunny suit for the entire shift.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must possess the knowledge and be able to work within MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent education required.
• AA Degree & Experience in field preferred

Equipment Used:

• Must be able to operate a manual or electric pallet jack

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 25-40 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time as will be primary function when inspecting parts
