Job Title: Warehouse Associate – Order Fulfillment & Inventory

Location: West Phoenix
Pay: $21/hr
Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing timely and accurate order processing, including picking, packing, auditing, and shipping customer orders according to company procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, audit, and ship customer orders accurately and on time
• Follow customer-specific requirements, including special labeling, documentation, and order-processing guidelines
• Accurately receive inventory using the FIFO method
• Participate in cycle counts and stock counts
• Support overall warehouse operations as needed
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (preferred)
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience, particularly in order picking, packing, or inventory control
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for most of the shift
• Ability to lift, carry, and handle boxes or products, often up to moderate weight levels
• Experience with World Ship preferred
