Location: Waterloo, IN 46793 Pay: $18.61/hour Schedule: Nights: Monday – Thursday 6p-6a
Join a busy and safety-focused facility producing concrete landscaping pavers of various sizes and patterns. You'll play a hands-on role on the production line, monitoring product quality, separating finished pavers, and preparing them for shipment. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys physical work and being part of a team that values a positive culture and workplace safety.
Monitor paver products as they move through the facility on conveyor belts and machinery
Inspect for defects, mis-colors, or imperfections; remove defective blocks as needed
Use a hammer to break the seal and separate pavers from metal skids
Manually handle, stack, and move heavy blocks (up to 50 lbs regularly)
Prepare, stack, and shrink-wrap pavers for shipping
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Strong attention to quality
Willingness to learn
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Able to consistently lift up to 50 lbs and work in a hot, dusty environment
Steel-toed boots required
Must be able to pass a Color Deficiency test
Reliable transportation (no bus line available)
Jeans (no holes or loose threads)
