Entry-Level Administrative Assistant

Location: In-Office, Midvale UT
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time
Pay: $18/hr + DOE

We’re seeking a reliable and personable Administrative Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in a professional office setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person.
Support billing and basic accounting tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.
Maintain timekeeping records and assist with project setup in billing software.
Prepare and distribute client invoices in coordination with billing managers.
Greet and direct visitors; manage mail and deliveries securely.
Assist with onboarding, benefits communication, and recruiting tasks.
Coordinate office supplies, building maintenance, and meeting room schedules.
Plan company events and travel arrangements with leadership.
Share internal communications and support cross-department collaboration.
Provide general administrative support to managers and leadership.
Participate in team development, goal setting, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
