Salary: $23-$32/hour DOE

Overview:  A locally owned and operated heating and air conditioning company committed to providing dependable and high-quality service is seeking a reliable and motivated HVAC Technician to join their growing team. Previous field experience is not required as long as you hold current HVAC certifications. This is a great opportunity for certified individuals to build hands-on experience with  a company that values professionalism, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

 

JOB DUTIES:

May include but not limited to the following:

• Install, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose heating, ventilation, and air conditioning issues accurately
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding system performance and service recommendations
• Complete service documentation thoroughly and accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Requirements:

• Current HVAC certifications
• Strong mechanical and willingness to learn
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Clear communication skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Pay: $23-$32/hour DOE with opportunities for growth and skill development
