Key Responsibilities: * Operate truck scales to accurately weigh inbound raw materials and outbound aggregate products. * Issue scale tickets, bills of lading, and shipping documents in accordance with company procedures. * Verify product type, load limits, customer information, and destination prior to release. * Enter and maintain weight, ticketing, and sales data in scale software and record-keeping systems. * Communicate clearly with truck drivers regarding loading instructions, safety rules, and traffic flow. * Monitor scale operations for accuracy and report discrepancies, equipment issues, or irregularities. * Coordinate with plant, yard, and dispatch personnel to ensure correct material movement and timely shipments.
