We are seeking a skilled Woodshop / Plumbing Systems Operator to support production of fiberglass basin products. This role combines carpentry, mechanical, and plumbing skills and requires strong organization, multitasking ability, and comfort working in confined fiberglass enclosures.

Responsibilities:

• Build and assemble small enclosures using carpentry tools and techniques

• Perform dry plumbing and basic systems installation in fiberglass basin products

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions

• Accurately measure and cut materials using a tape measure

• Work in both the woodshop and systems areas as production needs require

• Climb into fiberglass tanks to install plumbing and system components

• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area

• Handle multiple tasks while meeting production and quality standards

Requirements:

• Carpentry skills with hands-on woodshop experience

• Mechanical aptitude with plumbing or systems installation experience

• Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure accurately

• Highly organized with strong time-management and multitasking skills

• Flexible and willing to work across different production areas

• Physically capable of pushing, pulling, climbing, and working inside fiberglass tanks daily

• Ability to lift 50 lbs as required
