Are you an experienced HVAC pro who takes pride in doing the job right the first time? Got a clean license, clean MVR, and know your way around ductwork, thermostats, and tools? We want YOU on our team!

We're looking for a dependable, detail-driven HVAC Installer to join our growing crew. If you're EPA certified, know your codes, and can troubleshoot like a champ—this is your next move.

Pay: $25+/hr DOE

Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do:

·         Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems

·         Troubleshoot system issues and resolve them quickly and efficiently

·         Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specs and local code requirements

·         Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites (must have a clean MVR)

·         Work independently while keeping safety and quality top of mind

·         Represent the company professionally on every call

What You’ll Bring:

·         ✅ EPA Certification (required)
✅ 2+ years of hands-on HVAC install experience
✅ Additional HVAC certifications = a big plus
✅ Clean driver’s license and MVR – no exceptions
✅ Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety practices
✅ Attention to detail and ability to work solo or as part of a team
✅ Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
