We are seeking an experienced RTM Operator to join our production team. This role involves working with molds to manufacture fiberglass covers using the Resin Transfer Molding (RTM) process. Candidates should be comfortable with hands-on fabrication, finishing, and physically demanding tasks.
Responsibilities:
Operate RTM and injection molding equipment
Prepare, load, and maintain molds for fiberglass production
Cut, trim, grind, and finish fiberglass parts and molds
Monitor resin flow and ensure proper mold filling
Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
Requirements:
Previous experience with RTM, injection molding, or fiberglass fabrication
Ability to safely use cutting and grinding tools
Capable of pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
