Yuba City Manufacturer – Welder (MIG/TIG) | 2nd Shift

A Yuba City–based manufacturer has an exciting opportunity for skilled Welders to join a newly formed component fabrication team. This team fabricates small- to medium-sized components used in industry-leading agricultural equipment. We provide the tools and materials—you bring the skill and motivation—and together we deliver innovative, high-quality products to our customers.

 

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 DOE 

Primary Responsibilities

• Set up welding machines according to job requirements and work instructions

• Assemble and fabricate components as directed by the team lead or supervisor

• Read and interpret part and assembly drawings to determine weld specifications

• Lift and position parts or raw materials into fixtures and work areas

• Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on steel and stainless-steel components per drawings

• Ensure all welding meets OSHA safety standards and company quality requirements

• Inspect welds to confirm defect-free work before moving downstream

• Follow and maintain welding procedures and work instructions

• Update welding station boards and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

• Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with 5S standards

• Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines
