Catering Event Staff – Setup, Serve & Breakdown

Flexible Schedule | On-Call Events | Weekly Pay

Our staffing firm is currently hiring Catering Event Staff on behalf of a well-established local restaurant. We are seeking dependable, professional individuals to assist with catering event setup, guest service, and post-event breakdown.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, flexible work, and being part of special events in the community.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with event setup- tables, linens, buffet stations, décor
• Arrange and organize food service areas
• Serve food and beverages in a professional and friendly manner
• Interact with guests and provide excellent customer service
• Monitor and restock food and supplies during events
• Break down event setup after completion
• Clean service areas, pack equipment, and ensure venue is left in excellent condition
• Load/unload catering supplies as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous catering, restaurant, banquet, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Able to lift up to 30–40 lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Punctual and dependable
• Weekend and evening availability required

Schedule:

• Event-based / On-call
• Evening and weekend shifts common
• Flexible scheduling
