Structural Steel Fabricator – 1st Shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM) – $14/hr

We are hiring a Structural Steel Fabricator with experience in shop fabrication and structural assembly. This is a full-time, first-shift position paying $14 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret shop drawings, weld symbols, and bolt callouts

• Lay out, fit, and assemble structural members per drawings

• Square, level, and align assemblies before welding

• Verify dimensions and tolerances prior to weld-out

• Identify W-shapes, HSS, channel, angle, and plate

• Understand shear tabs, moment connections, clip angles, and base plates

• Maintain production pace without sacrificing quality

Skills & Equipment:

• Tape measure, square, levels, and layout tools

• Magnetic drills, ironworkers, saws, torches

• Overhead crane operation & basic rigging

• Ability to safely flip and maneuver large assemblies
