Production Associate – Heat Treat Department-3rd Shift 11:30P to 8:00A A leading manufacturing facility is seeking a dependable Production Associate to support heat-treat operations and ensure safe, efficient production. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can follow detailed instructions, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.What You’ll Do• Complete hardness tests according to established procedures to verify product quality.• Off-load parts safely and efficiently to maintain production flow.• Monitor heat-treat processes and report any irregularities.• Use hand tools and equipment, including hardness checkers, air buffers, and a Gorbel crane.• Follow all standard work instructions and maintain safe work habits at all times.What You Need• Ability to stand on your feet for 8+ hours per shift.• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.• Willingness to work off-shifts and overtime as needed.• Basic reading, writing, and communication skills.• High School Diploma or GED.Tools & Equipment You’ll Use• Hardness checker• Air buffer• Gorbel crane• Allen wrenches, files, die grinders, deburring knives, and general shop tools
