Express is seeking a driven Outside Sales Professional to grow relationships and expand market share across the food-service industry. This role is ideal for a self-motivated salesperson who thrives on building partnerships with restaurants, commercial kitchens, hospitality groups, and independent operators.
What You’ll Do
• Develop and manage a territory of restaurant and food-service clients, building long-term relationships with owners, chefs, and purchasing managers.
• Prospect new business through cold calls, site visits, networking, and industry events.
• Conduct on-site consultations to understand customer needs and recommend equipment solutions.
• Present product options, prepare quotes, and close sales with a consultative, value-driven approach.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, installation, and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed on industry trends, new equipment technologies, and competitor offerings.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven success in outside sales, preferably in restaurant equipment, food-service supply, or B2B sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with decision-makers.
• Comfortable working independently, managing a territory, and meeting sales goals.
• Ability to learn technical product details and explain equipment features and benefits.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily client visits.
