Position: Electrical Mechanical Assembler
Pay: $23–$25/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm
Location: Chatsworth, CA

A leading manufacturer of custom engineered products serving aircraft manufacturers, airliners, aircraft operators, completion centers, and MROs worldwide is seeking Electrical Mechanical Assemblers to join their team in Chatsworth.

Summary:
This role is responsible for performing precision electrical and mechanical assembly operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while adhering to strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical and mechanical assembly operations according to engineering drawings and work instructions

• Assemble, wire, crimp, torque, and install components and subassemblies to specification

• Utilize standard assembly tools including crimpers, torque tools, and hand tools

• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and compliance

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Work independently while meeting production schedules and quality expectations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in both electrical and mechanical assembly

• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and schematics

• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English

• Experience using standard electrical and mechanical assembly tools

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic

• Team-oriented and able to collaborate effectively
