A non-profit organization committed to serving our community is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented temporary Filing Clerk to assist our corporate office for approximately two weeks. This role will focus primarily on organizing, sorting, and maintaining confidential files and records. The ideal candidate has previous experience working with executives and understands the importance of professionalism, discretion, and accuracy. Filing Clerk Responsibilities
- Organize and file physical and electronic documents
- Sort, label, and categorize records accurately
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive materials
- Assist with document retrieval and archiving
- Support administrative needs related to file management
- Follow established record-keeping procedures
Filing Clerk Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting or working with executives preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
