Essential Functions: Mix Room- · Stage Pallets, full bags and partial bags of powder with pallet jack and cart. · Safely cut powder bags open. · Must be able to quickly adjust schedule based on current conditions. · Load rack with correct ingredients. · Fill out dry slips with the appropriate lot numbers. · Assist with any cleaning duties in mix department. · Dispensing and working with chemicals and steam water in a safe manner. · Keep work area clean and organized. · The ability to use an electric pallet jack is a job requirement. · Check and fill foot foamers as needed. · Washing 10gallon product storage cans. · Bring down Re-work from the Vault. · Stacking bundles of ice cream on pallets at a rate of up to 20 bundles per minute in freezer environment of -20 F. · Other duties as assigned.
