Position: Full Build Technician

Pay Rate: $20/hr starting
Schedule: Full‑Time
Supervision: Works under a Lead, Trainer, and Supervisor

What You’ll Do

• Perform assembly and finishing work on firearm components, including gun stocks
• Operate hand tools and machining equipment such as drills, lathes, mills, grinders, sanders, chisels, scrapers, and more
• Grind, sand, polish, and finish parts to correct defects and prepare for final finishing
• Apply primer and paint coatings to components
• Read and interpret blueprints and job orders to meet exact specifications
• Set up and operate machines to cut, shape, and fit wood, composite, and metal materials
• Record production and processing information accurately
• Ensure all firearms and components meet strict quality and regulatory standards

What You Bring

• Knowledge of firearms and how they operate
• Experience using hand and power tools, including drills, lathes, mills, grinders, sanders, and metalworking tools
• Basic mechanical, woodworking, metalworking, or composite‑working skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to precision
• Proven ability to complete tasks thoroughly and accurately
• High school diploma or GED

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Frequent use of hand tools and machining equipment
• Ability to lift, move, and manipulate materials as needed

Work Environment

• Hands‑on production and manufacturing setting
• Use of finishing, sanding, machining, and assembly equipment
• Highly regulated environment requiring strict compliance
