Warehouse - Inventory Clerk

Located in Jonesboro , AR

Job Duties: 

• Billing out trucks and rail cars and entering data into ERP and WCS
• Maintain production logs
• Work in shipping area
• Assist and perform duties assigned by production manager 
• Manage, maintain, track, and organize inventory to ensure availability of stock required for production needs
• Identify supply needs and coordinate with the inventory purchasing clerk for procurement of materials and supplies from vendors
• Assist in determining the timing of deliveries 
• Record and assess material quantity, quality, and movement to verify incoming and stored inventory meets company standards 
• Responsible for plant safety by overseeing persons entering your work area, asking if you can assist them, and reporting unauthorized persons to your supervisor 
• Attend training as required 
• Loading bags into trucks and box cars daily
• Proper completion of paperwork 
• Restack pallets
• Sanitation of warehouse area
• Completion of cleaning schedules
• Driving forklifts

Job Duties: 

• Experience driving a forklift 
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to lift, bend, stoop, push, pull, reach, walk, stand, stoop for periods of time 
• Able to use computers and computer systems
• Experience with safety and inventory 

Work Schedule: 11am to 7pm Monday - Friday
